Translation of YHWH in ESV

Why does my ESV translate(render) YHWH "Lord" instead of "LORD" as the preface indicates it should?

Just one example:

"24 Then the angel of the Lord stood in a narrow path between the vineyards, with a wall on either side."

The Holy Bible: English Standard Version. (2016). (Nu 22:24). Wheaton: Standard Bible Society.

The preface for the ESV reads:

"As is common among English translations today, the ESV usually renders the personal name of GOD (YHWH) by the word LORD (printed in small capitals). An exception to this is when the Hebrew word ’adonay appears together with YHWH, in which case the two words are rendered together as “the LORD [in lowercase] GOD [in small capitals]"

The Holy Bible: English Standard Version. (2016). Wheaton: Standard Bible Society.

My LOGOS ESV consistently does not render YHWH as LORD.  Is this a typo?

Thank you.
