BUG: Resource specific missing Community Tag option

I've been doing some Community Tagging in support of a Biblical persons project. Things have behaved properly except for Knowles, Andrew. The Bible Guide. 1st Augsburg books ed. Minneapolis, MN: Augsburg, 2001.(LLS:BIBLEGUIDE 2014-10-15T21:00:01Z BIBLEGUIDE.logos4). For some reason, the Context Menu for this resource does not contain the Community Tag option.

This is after an intervening crash and starting a new session ... and multiple tries still gives me

Here is another example from Jensen, Irving L. Genesis. Do-It-Yourself Bible Studies. San Bernardino, CA: Here’s Life Publishers, Inc., 1990. Both Cain and Seth on this heading omit the community tag

Andrew, you're brilliant ... yes, I did although I'm surprised that hasn't been true more often. But that appears to have fixed it.
