What do you think about having an option to import personal (or pre-designed icon database / or icon design option) for the Layout shortcuts that are put in the shortcut bar, to more easily identify them by sight...?

Hi Douglas, it's a great idea. We've been told by Bob Pritchett himself that this is something they plan to do in some future release. See this post.
