Unfortunately I don't see an entry labeled "writing" ... so how do I distinguish between <person Ruth> and <Ruth> following the instructions? Hint: that icon means "writing" which one knows by osmosis. Yes, I did notice the slider and went through the whole list.
So, naturally I think I have this beat until I try the instructions for accessing Factbook. Here I do see see "writing" but it is a topic entry unlike the one I used above.
This is apparently the entry I should be using rather than the one with the cool icon.
So why doesn't the Basic Search show the one you are instructed to use - the one that keeps the search and Factbook consistent? This doesn't encourage me to be cooperative and follow instructions ... that don't work.
