BUG: 4.0cR4: Help does not act in a standard way as expected

If I click on the Help circle (?) in the top-right, I am shown a small dropdown menu as below.

Clicking on the "Logos Bible Software Help" opens the Help Panel to the start, which seems correct.

Pressing F1 takes me to somewhere else, and not even always the same place! This is most unhelpful and seems to be in direct conflict with the graphic below that suggests at face value that F1 is a shortcut for the same thing.

Expect: Same result for either method, as "claimed" by the graphic.

Pressing F1 is context sensitive and the Help window is opened to the section that corresponds to kind of window that is active when F1 is pressed. I find it helpful and wouldn't want it to always open to the start. This is how F1/Help works in other window applications, too.
