I'm comparing three versions of Scrivener's Textus Receptus with the Text Comparison tool in Logos 7, which is showing differences where there are no textual differences (Ignore case, Ignore marks, Ignore punctuation all checked). The example below in Acts 28:6 is just one of numerous throughout the text. Looking closely, I'm able to see some marks/punctuation that are highlighted that must be what is counted in the 2% and 8% difference calculations, but these shouldn't be counted per the Ignore options.
Anyone have ideas why this makes sense or is this a bug?
