iPhone App - Default search parameters?

When I search on my iPhone/iPad app, it always defaults the search to entire library basic search.
The lions share of my searches are in a particular translation of the Bible, and not my entire library. Where can set my own default search parameters to quit losing all the time changing everything every time I want to search?

Are you SURE that is what it is doing? I just checked and the behavior I am seeing is a bible (not "basic") search using "top bibles."

AFAIK, it isnt possible. You can, however, click on a recent search, which will give you the settings you used previously .

Just tried it on my iPhone.
Set search to NIV – worked ok.
Navigated away and returned to search – search now set to Entire Library Basic
You may have found a feature that is a little unhelpful Robert :-(
