Whats New?


Bible Word Study

  • Fixed a possible crash when selecting large segments in Ring Graphs


Guides

  • Parallel Passage guide added
  • Music section layout fixed to match windows
  • Guide Header text/title updated to show subtitle for Guides with subtitles
  • Additional Passage Guide sections (PowerPointSermons, SermonAudio, SermonCentral, sermons.logos.com)


General

  • Resource Tooltips starting to show up (Tool tips with resource information – cover, title, author...)
  • Fixed space bar page scrolling in Resource Display
  • Items in the command bar can now be dragged
  • Multi-Selection in custom controls now possible
  • Selected item color now respects system preference in custom controls
  • Paging now reflects actual page count
  • Paging shows currently selected page number in black color


Highlighting

  • Highlighting panel now shows currently selected highlighting style.
  • Dashed, Wavy and Informal borders are implemented.


Indexer

  • Fixed a bug that always downloaded resources when starting Logos 4
  • Due to changes in searching non-Bibles with Morph search, Alpha 20 will require a full reindex
  • Removed “Automatically pause indexing when running on battery” functionality


Information Panel

  • Multiple Items can now be selected


Pronounciation Panel

  • Fixed sizing issue and greatly sped up display
  • Pronounciation now works


Synchronization

  • There is now a synchronization indicator in the toolbar
  • Clicking the sync icon will sync immediately


Shortcut bar

  • There is now a shortcut bar at the top of the main window
  • Panels can be dragged to the shortcut bar to create a shortcut
  • Shortcuts can be dragged
  • Right click on a shortcut to get a context menu

  • Events now correctly grouped and positioned

  • Known issues:
    • Panel initial loads scrolled to bottom
    • Cannot edit time range (text field)
    • Does not support skins
    • Zooming not yet supported
    • Time markers (numbers) are not done
    • Cannot copy to clipboard, print or send to Keynote yet

Passage Analysis



  • Morph River and Version River graphs are in. (Although the graph's legend and most of the mode-selection controls are still in-the-works, the reference range control is usable.)
  • Cluster Graph now has Copy, Save As…, and Print… in and working.
