Android App: Chronicle of an endless letdown

It's been several years of hitting the wall with this app, asking Faithlife to do something about it, and it just goes on. And I know I am not alone.

I don't know whether the Android app was designed with rich people in mind who can be online on mobile networks while in church or in home small groups. For the rest of us, church = a place where we do not have connectivity. As a result, the app is nothing more than a reader. It is frustrating to have all those tools (search, passage guide, info) when none of them works or works properly offline.

Every time I am in church and I want to interact with the Word, look up something, I have to renounce. It is maddening. What is worse is knowing all along that there are much less complicated Bible apps out there that apparently can do it. I'd use one of them if I had not all my resources in Logos.

Honestly, at this point I am writing this with not much of an expectation to be heard and that something will change. But it's like what they say, you can't win a draw if you don't participate in it however low the odds of winning are.
