I lost the entire library with A19 and posted logs and tried all suggestions. I was hoping to see that fixed with A20. Downloaded it today - did a full 7GB download and it then did a short index. i still have no resources with L4.
Here is my latest log.

So, your logs reveal a known issue with the way the indexer communicates with the rest of the app. It typically only affects relatively few users at the moment, but it is definitely a problem.
There is a workaround, but it involves some minor configuration surgery on your machine and I'm a bit cautious about just posting it in the forums for fear that others will stumble across it and attempt to apply it as a magic elixer without completely understanding for which case(s) it's useful (particularly when we're going to fix it in a future release).
How comfortable are you working with system configuration text files via the Terminal?
Cameron,
Thanks for your reply. I am not familiar or comfortable working in Terminal. As long as you guys are aware of the issue and are even addressing it as a fix for the future, I prefer to wait.
This issue is only on my MBP. My iMac in my office is still operational. I will just work off my office one only until you guys can release a fix. I am fine just knowing you are aware of the issue.
Tim
Dont forget that the internet version of Logos provides basic facilities including access to you library, passage guide and word study.
it may be helpful in the short term

Tim,
I think the issue you're seeing should be fixed in the next alpha (A21), so you'll have to let us know when we release if your MBP is still experiencing the problem.
Will do.
This is not a new problem so I placed it in this old thread.
A21 did not fix the resource issue. The update started automatically. It did not index after the update installed. I tried using Update Resource as well as Rebuild Index from the command bar, but nothing happened. So, all is still well on the iMac, but still have no resources available on MBP.
Here are the logs taken right after the A21 update.

Can you give us this file:

A20, 21, and now 22 did not fix the resource issue. The update started automatically. It did not index after the update installed. I tried using Update Resource as well as Rebuild Index from the command bar, but commands will not work. So, as before the imac is working, but still have no resources available on the MBP.
Don't know if you guys were able to address any of this prior to the A22 release. Your thoughts were that this would be fixed in the A21.
Here are the logs taken after the A22 update.

Can you open Terminal and run the following from the command line and then post the Logos4Indexer.log that shows up on your Desktop? You should just be able to copy and paste the command below into terminal.
/Applications/Logos\ Bible\ Software\ 4.app/Contents/MacOS/Logos4Indexer.app/Contents/MacOS/Logos4Indexer 1> ~/Desktop/Logos4Indexer.log 2>&1
Here it is. Thanks for keeping on this! You guys are doing a great job!!

Try moving this file from /Library/Application Support/Libronix DLS/Resources/Akin on Galatians.lbxlls to your Desktop and see if you get further.
Tom,
You are truly the MAN!! It indexed and I HAVE BOOKS!
Once it indexed it rolled right into the A22.1 update. It updated and it is the index mode right now. All books are there and working great!
Thanks Tom!!!
Keep it up.
