I think I read somewhere on these forums a while ago that some of the material is taken from his earlier book Politics According to the Bible (in Logos). Or at least, certain sections in the Ethics book may overlap with topics in the politics book and on those occasions, the material from the politics book has simply been reproduced.
I'm not sure if that is accurate, but if it is then you can get a head start on some relevant material by getting Politics According to the Bible.
