"Setup was unable to download a required file" Logos 7

Hi all,
I've tried downloading Logos 7 on my PC (Windows 10) multiple times but received the same error message.
Tried the following methods:
- https://www.logos.com/support/windows/network: ensure windows update is not running, allow setup through firewall, BITS, winsock reset.
- right click file > run as administrator
- emailed log files to the support team
I attached the log file here for reference. Anyone encountered this problem and has a different solution, please let me know!! really appreciate the help!

Welcome [:D]
Setup.log shows Logos-x64.msi failed to download while several other files from the same server downloaded OK so a possible cause is security software scan that is blocking msi download.
Support page => https://www.logos.com/support/logos6/windows/error-install that links to => https://www.logos.com/support/windows/network for unable to install, which has security link => https://www.logos.com/support/logos6/desktop/antivirus

Min Xuan had "Power Saver Mode" enabled and was getting a BITS transient error 0x80200068.
I found this by running BITS verbose logging in Command Prompt as an administrator.
bitsadmin /list /verbose > “%USERPROFILE%\Documents\Logos Log Files\bitsverbose.txt”
Turning off Power Saver Mode fixed it.

Sometimes this is caused by a metered connection (wifi or cellular).
To solve, see https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360008567331 and choose "Less Common Solutions".
Disable Metered Downloading
Confirm that the connection to the internet is not metered within Windows.
- Select Start > Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi > Manage known networks.
- Select your Wi-Fi network > Properties
- Under Metered connection toggle Set as metered connection to Off.
