I tried the prioritize tool and now can't get rid of the panel and the library button will not pull up my entire library. Also, how do I delete certain items from my library?

You can click on prioritize a second time, to dismiss that panel.

Make sure that nothing is entered into the find box (which would filter the library results).

Alternative to hiding is tagging (e.g. avoid) OR star rating (e.g. one) followed by using a collection:
* -MyTag:Avoid
* -Rating:1
If ever decide to unhide resource(s), can only unhide one at a time.
