In the last paragraph of page 148, there is a reference to Psalm 22:2, but the link actually takes you to 23:2.

    Thanks. I've made a note. The context led us to believe it was following an LXX verse map instead of a standard English verse map. (Thankfully the footnote cleared it up some.)
