Ellicott's 8 volume commentary on the entire Bible A Bible Commentary for English Readers is $35 in CP and has proven its worth to me by penetrating a morphological mystery in 2Chronicles 34.25. I don't own this work in hard copy, but the fact that this volume did what my ~15,000 book library and a frenetic online search could not has proven its value to me.
