When I try to open my Library the program crashes and I have to re-open.

Logos.log shows macOS has current stable release of 10.13.6 while Logos 4.6c SR-7 was released on 31 Mar 2014 (terminal release of Logos 4 Mac).
Logos 4 is unsupported => https://www.logos.com/support/free-support (support ended on 8 Apr 2014 with Logos 5.2a release). Logos 4 is a 32 bit application while macOS 10.13.6 is 64 bit. Logos 5 and newer are 64 bit applications.
Logos 7.17 is the current stable, supported application release. Basic packages are free => Basic and => Verbum Basic
Some research of SIGILL error finds intermittent .NET error discussions. Suggest free upgrade to Logos 7.17 (includes updated .NET framework in application bundle).
