Sermon Editor: Printing Problems

I cannot print my sermon document on the new printer we have. It is a Kyocera CS 2552ci KX. The printer works great on all other documents from my computer. I had to create a workaround:

1) Export sermon as PDF

2) Open .pdf in LibreOffice

3) Print sermon

I think that I should be able to print straight from Logos 7

What problems do you have when you try and print?

Can you print other things from within Logos to that printer?

I am so focused on my sermons I have not tried to print anything else.

The problem I have is, nothing happens. The printer does not register that it is received. The computer acts like it was sent. No error messages
