Welcome! [:)]
I am not sure I understand your question, and am not an expert in OL's. For clarification: You are asking: "How do I translate the english phrase "I am forgiven" into Old Testament Hebrew. Is that right?

There are a couple of ways you could approach this:
- You could do a Bible Word Study on forgiven. The word study will show Hebrew Words that have been translated as "forgiven."
- You could do a Bible search for forgiven, then change the Verses results to Analysis view.
Here is a screenshot showing both approaches.
I would recommend doing a Bible Word study on those Hebrew words, rather than relying on a particular English translation of a Hebrew word.
You could also do a Morph search to find specific morphology for a lemma, but that might be more than you were looking for.
If you simply want to know a particular conjugation of a verb, you can check out one of the many Hebrew verb conjugation sites on the Internet. Most are dedicated to Modern Hebrew, but it will still give you an idea about a passive form (to be forgiven, or I am forgiven) of to forgive.
Disclaimer: Please do note that the resulting Hebrew words have several meanings. Don't assume it only/always has one meaning, especially if you're going to use the phrase as some sort of artwork.
Thanks to FL for including Carta and a Hebrew audio bible in Logos 9!

The short answer is that there is no place in OT Hebrew where that sentence appears.
There are, however, occurrences of the concept of forgiveness which other users have already demonstrated. Another option (outside of Logos) is to use an app like Google Translate to see how that phrase would look in (modern) Hebrew.

Search for a verse that has am NEAR forgiven finds Isaiah 33:24
Right Click on forgiven in Isaiah 33:24 shows Bible Sense that can be searched to find more forgiven verses:
<Sense = to be forgiven ⇔ lifted up>
Bible Sense Lexicon shows parent sense so search can be expanded to find a few more verses:
