App is different on two AppleTvs?

I am confused.. I have two of the later gen AppleTvs. . .same models. On one of them the app is basic with very few choices and many videos missing. Looks almost like beta. On the other AppleTv, the app is much better, works great, many times more videos, etc.. .

What am I am missing? How do I get them both the same?

Doh! Not a silly question. . the right one to ask. . looks like in moving them around I had two different ids. . .thanks!
