Is it possible to highlight every scripture reference in a particular book?
It is technically possible but maybe not very practical!
A Basic Search for <gen-rev> will find all biblical references - and you can then convert that into a Visual Filter which will highlight all the references.
However running such a search can take a long time - I've just tried one on a resource (which has nearly 2,500 references) and it took 104 seconds.
If you go down the Visual Filter route this would run every time you started Logos!
For one-off usage it does work though.

And, in case anyone else reads this...
Another work around I found useful was to select a whole section (it helps to shrink the text really small to do this) of a book, right click, and select "Save as Passage List". this selects all the verses in that chapter to a separate file for review.
