BUG and Question re: Personal Book - Bible Harmony

Question 1: As this .docx file compiles and displayed correctly, what should I look for to explain it's inconsistent behavior in the Passage Guide's Parallel Passages section?
Question 2: why do the two forms of the display of the parallels show different results with no wrapping, hover, or other indication of the omission of some of the Ps. results? Yes, I am providing evidence that there are no parallel passages so the inconsistency in display is amplified by the falsity of the data.
