Is there a way to have my books in logos read aloud on an android device?

Hey guys, what do you use to either to convert books to audio files for mobile listening, or stream from logos directly? I am having trouble finding a solution.

Thanks in advance,

Edwin

    Welcome to the Logos forums!

This is one reason why I have purchased iPhones. They have a text to speech function that is integrated system-wide, unlike Android.

I am not sure if this would work, but have you tried Pocket? If you were to use the Logos web app and saved it to Pocket, I wonder if Pocket's listening feature would allow you to listen to the entire resource you have open.

Here's an article that was written recently that may provide some apps to try. There's one that apparently allows you to load doc (Word) files into it. You could export a resource from Logos to doc and read it that way.

The excellent Librera app for android has built in function for reading books using the system text-to-speech. I don't remember if is only available in the paid version but well worth spending for the upgrade anyway.
