BUG: Bible Browser and Search Bible give different results

The Search {Speaker <Person Moses>} {Addressee <Person Aaron>} on the NRSV selects one more result thanSpeakers: Moses×Addressees: Aaron in the Bible Browser. Sending each to a Passage List and running a Merge Difference on them identifies the difference as Lv 7. Why is there this discrepancy?

I think the specific difference is due to a tag on the chapter heading.

I assume that this is tagged in the Bible and is being picked up in the search but not tagged in the dataset used by the Bible Browser.

As far as I can see this is the only set of results that starts on a chapter boundary.
