What are some good resources for studying church history? I was looking at the Oxford History of the Christian Church, mostly because it's discounted currently in the church history library expansion, but the reviews seem sketchy.

Just looked through what Logos currently offers and I would recommend https://www.logos.com/product/3670/early-church-history-collection . The Stevenson/Frend collections are very good collections of writings from the early church. In addition Klauck will help you understand the Religious context when the Church was born.
While the Oxford History you mentioned is probably a bit more comprehensive due to its 16 volumes, I have personally really enjoyed and benefited from the Zondervan Church History Volumes 1 and 2. They are scholarly and thorough without being overwhelming in my opinion.

I ignore reviewers who only post one or two stars on every review. This is a solid series and a must buy at the discount you get for the XL library.
As for some of the other suggestions, just be aware that several of the logos offerings, though good, are not the latest editions.
