Trying to download the logos for Alpha 20. After running the dng it bounces on the dock and doesnt do anything.

What version of OS X are you running, and is your computer an Intel based machine or PowerPC based machine? You can find out what vers ion of the OS you are running by going to the Apple icon in the top left-hand corner and selecting "about this Mac" There you will see one of three things OS X 10.4.x, 10.5.x, or 10.6.x. YOu can tell what architecture you are using noting what it says next to the word Processor under the "Software Update…" button.

Thanks for your response. I bought this MacBook Pro brand new in January 2010. I am running 10.6.3. I have a 2.26 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo and 2GB of Ram as well as 250 GB of hard drive space available. I hope this helps

I tried to follow your steps from your video. Under Library/application support there is not a logos 4 folder to move that file into. If you want to access my computer or talk directly about this you could email me at XXXXXXXX@XXX.com and I could send you my number. I would love to help you get this resolved. I talked to 2 people yesterday from tier 2 technical support yesterday from Logos (in order to investigate Logos4 and for help with Libronix on Mac) and they looked at everything and were baffled as to why it is not working. Let me know if you are up to the challenge.

I'll need something. Could you open the console as the video suggests, and after you attempt to install the program go to console and select "Console Messages" on the left. Then go to File and select Save As. Archive that file and post it here.
Tommy I have an email response from you but it is not showing up in the forum yet. In your response you implored me to follow the directions on the video which I would be glad to do except for some reason I can not follow this step:

this folder does not exist on my computer. I have uninstalled and reinstalled logos 4 many times. Since this folder is not here on my machine is there another first step that I could follow to get to step #2 and etc. Please let me know.

I tried downloading it from a different Internet connection and it still didnt work. This is the log from that time forward. I hope this helps.

Can you give me the steps to do that? I can see the terminal in the log window but unable to type a command. Do I need to open it from a different window?
