How to Set Link between Bible and Bible Note File

I have created a Note file to record observations in my favorite Bible as I read. However, As I scroll to another book in the Bible, the notes don't scroll to that section. I would like set a link between the Bible and the Note file but that option isn't available as far as I can tell.

Correct. You cannot link the two (using a Link set).

The only way to accomplish that is to put your Notes into a Personal Book (of type Bible Notes) so that you can use a link set.
