Export to Outlook

Any bugs related to this? I cannot seem to export my edited Reading Plan to Outlook. Though I have selected OT/NT daily, all I get is a "2010" (reading plan name) each Sunday???

Can you post a screen shot of your reading plan screen. When you export to outlook you should get an entry in your calendar with the reading assignment (either page numbers or passage references). If you double click on that it simply opens the appt. window in outlook and tells you what the name of the reading plan is. You still have to open Logos in order to open the reading assignment, there is no link in Outlook.
It will look similar to this in Outlook. The bible reading plan is just a test plan I threw in for this response. The other is a test book plan to illustrate the difference in the way each appear in Outlook.

Fred, I've had it exported properly before. However, I edited the plan and try to re-install to my outlook. This is the plan:
And here's how it appears in Outlook:

I am not aware of any bugs and cannot duplicate this behavior. Double check your plan settings in L4; If everything looks right there then you may want to try deleting the existing series in Outlook and exporting the new plan again. If that does not work, then maybe tech support (or one of the experts that watch the forumns have seen this before and can help.
Sorry.

I've noticed others having issues with Outlook 2010. Anybody having any issues (and solutions) with Outlook 2007???

Jonathan, I too had problems with 2010 and recently purchased a copy of 2007, which will arrive by next Friday. I had a demo of Office 2007 last year and it did indeed export the Reading Plan to that. I am not sure what the problem is with Outlook 2010. Mine is a Trial Version, but, some other users have not had problem. Plus, since I purchased 2007, I will get a free upgrade to 2010, however, probably will not install since I already have Home and Student 2007.

I'm having the same issue with Outlook 2007. Daily reading plan
exporting as weekly (Sunday) with just the name of the reading plan.

Issue appears to have been resolved. Working as intended now. [:D]

Hmmm. Thought it was a universal fix. Are you getting a message from Outlook when you export? Something like "a program wants to access Outlook, do you want to grant/allow permission?
I've been getting this message, but I would just click allow. It still wouldn't export properly. The only thing I did differently today (on a whim) is check the box "allow for 10 minutes". I didn't check this box before. The export worked.

No. Everything appears as though it is working properly. But the end result is the screenshot above - the name of the plan (and in Sunday only). That's not so helpful...
