Talmud yes ... and perhaps the ArtScroll commentaries ... although I'll admit I have thoroughly reviewed what materials are available for Judaism. I also (desparately) want their cycle of readings (lectionary).
I too would love to have the Talmud available. Hebrew and English together would be even better. However, there are many other offerings, such as the Göttingen Septuagint and the Leiden Peshitta, that I would like out of prepub first

Another vote for Talmud (or any other Rabbinic literature). There's an untapped market, since the only English/Hebrew Talmud software (Soncino) is outdated and rather poor. Logos already has Neusner's English translation of the Mishnah, and I know his translation of the Babylonian Talmud is already digitized as PDFs, since the CD comes with the full set of books from Hendrickson, so it wouldn't be too much of a stretch to migrate it to Libronix, if you can get the rights.
