Passage Lists - web app

Having only used Logos in app (Android) form for a few years, I've missed the Passage Lists feature, but notice I can view my old Passage Lists on the web app. Can I make new Passage Lists in the web app yet and if so, how?

    Not at this time. Eventually, we want to add more and more document creation to the web app, but today the web app only supports viewing Passage Lists.
