BUG: 4.0cR4 (9511): Box or Table outline redrawing is messy

My system: Windows Vista32 Pro with current service pack and OS patches, .NET 3.x and .NET 4 installed.

Video card as reported by dxdiag below.

Logos4.0c RC4 (Build 9511) Resource: LLS:MTTROFDAYS or MTTROFDAYS.logos4, Page 150.

With the above book open to one of the many "tables" or boxed text, the outlines draw with "random" results.

With Logos4 Program Scaling=80% or 140% results are: Sometimes missing lines on the left. Sometimes fully correct. Sometimes double lines on top and below. Sometimes gaps in the corners. Results change with panel width.

With Program Scaling = 100%, no box lines are drawn, no matter the panel width.

That's being caused by the redshift velocities. Notice that when you shift the size of the red border around the outside of the rectangle too fast, the box or table drawing can't keep up with it. [;)]

You can't believe how long I looked to find an example in that book that wont start the next war here. Most of the examples take very strong views on something. My hope was this one is mostly tame.

I found if i ran towards my laptop really fast, as it was falling, the red and blue shifts can cancel for a while ...

Oh, you would go and tempt me to do a complete library search to find out what on earth (6,000 years old or otherwise [;)] ) you're talking about. I don't have "redshift velocities" anywhere, so I can safely assume I don't have this potentially war-starting book in my library. I tend to avoid that sort of stuff. [:)] But I figured out what it was anyway. Amazon.com "Search Inside This Book" with a very educated guess from among what I know are Logos's controversial science books and Bingo! Don't worry, I won't war with you over this, though. I'm a Mennonite, and we're pacifists.

BTW, for future reference, you can use the blur feature in SnagIt to blur text in a screen shot that you don't want people to be able to read. Came in handy when I wanted to report a problem in the Pre-Pub Orders page on logos.com without showing my address.

Just in case people are wondering about the book above:

The author is a Christian, and the book and the author have at heart, that "The Heavens and the Earth", and "The Scriptures" declare the Glory of God, and that we should be pointing people towards Jesus as our Saviour!

Just for fun I searched for redshift and got 202 results in 24 resources. Until now I had never even looked at the subject.
