This tool is currently unavailable

It was suggested that I make use of the concordance tool. That, and several other of my tools, are grey. By it, it says, "This tool is currently unavailable." In another place, it says, requires Logos 7. Why would it say that, when I have Logos 7? Anywhere I can check that?

Do you have a subscription to Logos Connect, Used to be called Logos Now? Or the Logos 7 Feature set?  That is what you need to use the Concordance tool.

To use the Concordance Tool you need eithern the full Feature Set or a Faithlife Connect subscription. Do you have either of these?

Logos says there is nothing they produce that shows the syllabization of Hebrew words (beside the few pages in the grammars)
