Wrong Bible Opens in Reading Plan

I have a reading plan for the ESV. My preferred version is KJV. When I do not have anything open and I launch my reading plan from the home screen, my preferred version opens in my Bible Reading Plan layout rather than the ESV. It's not that big of a deal but mildly annoying. How do I fix this? Should I restore the layout to its default setting? When I do have some things open and I open my ESV plan, the ESV will open, even if I don't have the ESV open already.

Yes, I do have the ESV selected in the reading plan.

I think your issue may be related to "quickstart layouts," but I honestly have never learned what they were or how to use them.

If you have specified a custom layout, then the layout will use the Bible you have set in that layout. If you use the default layout, then it will open the Bible that is specified in the reading plan.

I set the home page layout for reading plans to default, and the ESV is opening now. Thanks. I will just need to set the reading plan to open the ESV. I guess the moral of the post is stick to the KJV and you won't have any problems! [:)]
