Logos definition of kephale

I have Logos 6. When I do a word study on kephale, the very first Logos definition is "head of grain", yet I can find no other source that references kephale to grain, nor can I find it in the root or cognates.

Mark 4:28 uses stachys, not kephale.

Can anyone explain why Logos gives this definition?
