Yes. The new mobile app shipped to the app stores this morning. Some users have reported already getting it while others report not seeing it yet.
Is the new note tool coming to mobile?
Yes, it is available on mobile for Logos 8 customers. Users who have not purchased Logos 8 can continue using the old notes until Logos 8 Basic arrives.

My Android app looks different than what the guy on stream is showing through his phone.
Is it because his app version is ahead or is it because he used iPhone?

Oops, sorry I missed that question. Yes, I believe you need to update to 11.1 at a minimum.

Technically you will need 11.2 (the wording in the linked post is perhaps a bit confusing), but any device supporting 11.1 supports 11.2.
