Is there anyway to arrange my Bibles in Copy Bible Verses in Logos 8?

Meaning Putting my favorites at the top on Copy Bible Verses.

    Your Bibles should be listed according to your prioritisation: https://blog.logos.com/2016/08/choose-top-bibles-logos/ (the article is for L6, but it hasn't changed). You can scroll down to the "But how?" section to save time.

    You need to prioritize your top Bibles in Library. The list in the tool will draw from your prioritized list.

    EDIT: Mark answered while I was distracted while answering you. Prioritization is simple, and is good to do for your top Bibles, top Commentaries, top Dictionaries, and top Lexicons.
