Bug? Dragging a new pane under or above a Mobile Ed video causes the video to disappear

If I have a Mobile Ed course open, and then drag a resource pane under or above that video, the video disappears. It is then necessary to toggle to the next video and then back in order to continue viewing the video I was watching.
Mac 10.14 and L8.0.0.0562
If no one else can replicate, I can make a screen capture.
