Notes issue: Faceted filtering isn't working right...
... at least in this scenario.
Start with no filters selected. Click a "Notebook" to filter to just the notes in that notebook. Now the filter breadcrumb reads: All > Notebook Name.
Now click a resource to filter to just notes from that resource within the already-selected notebook. At that point, the breadcrumb reads: All > Resource Name > Notebook Name.
That's incorrect behavior. The most recently selected filter should be to the far right (All > Notebook Name > Resource Name). That's so I can click the 'x' next to Resource Name and get back to by initial filter of just Notebook Name. As it is right now, I can't get back to just that filter. If I click the far-right 'x' (to get rid of the notebook filter), I'm now at a filter of just the resource (a trail I never took); and if I click the 'x' next to the resource name, I'm back to "All."
Hopefully this makes sense and can be reproduced. It should be corrected.
Thanks for the new Notes functionality. Looking forward to getting more familiar with it.
Donnie

Again the Notes forum might be faster ...

Didn't realize there was a Notes forum. Feature-specific forums is a new thing...
Thanks,

Yes, it is - which is why I pointed it out. The reason is that Notes is common across all the platforms and as users we can't tell if it is our particular platform or the part that is in common across all platforms ... I wasn't happy about even more forums until I figured out why.

Agreed
and if I click the 'x' next to the resource name, I'm back to "All."
I think this is also a bug. Clicking the 'x' to the resource name should just clear that filter and leave the others intact. That's how it works elsewhere in the software.

FWIW, the behavior is as expected when using the Notebooks TAB to select the Notebook rather than a FACET in the filters tab.

Bump. I'd appreciate acknowledgement from someone at FL regarding this issue.
Thanks,

I can repro your issue. It looks like a bug to me. I'll make sure we have a case for it.
