Filtering by rating does not work

There should be 644 resources with 4 star rating:

However, none of them shows up:

    Community Ratings | 4 Stars (and all variations) work for me.

    This appears to be a problem specific to the German versions of the application. I'll create a case to make sure this gets fixed up.
