BUG: Missing horizontal line on the tool bar (program scaling)

This is so minor it's hardly worth mentioning!
When program scaling is at 100%, this horizontal line is visible...
It's still there at 90%. But at 80% (which is how I have mine set all the time) it disappears...
The one on the right, next to the layouts menu button, remains.
Like I said, hardly a priority, but thought I'd mention it!
