iOS reading plan not synced

 I tried uninstalling and reinstalling on my iPhone and now my reading plan is gone along with all my devotionals. I know I can't get back the devotionals just yet but is it possible to get my current reading plan back? If there is two things I do everyday it is my plan and devotionals so this is a tad unnerving. Thank you
