Multiple Tab Scrolling Suggestion

First of all, thank you for all your great work!  I have a many tabs open for my sermon preparation.  Using my trackpad and swiping I can quickly scroll through them with ease.  However, using a mouse I need to click constantly to achieve the same function.  At some point could you incorporate mouse wheel scrolling when hovering over the tabs?  Also a nice option would be to hold on the left or right movement arrow and have the tabs scoll until released.
