It's quite hard to hit the full screen control. My suggestion would be to place the forward/back buttons more to the right, where there's plenty of space.
I can replicate IF there is another tab open directly below the QuickStart tab.
If there is no tab beneath the controls display as they should...
It might still be a bug though, so worth flagging it up.
