problems syncing in logos 7 and now upgraded to logos 8

Hi, I have been having problems with synchronization with logos 7 for the last month, but not in my laptop, and I thought upgrading to logos 8 might solve the problem, but not. I have followed the instructions on how to report a problem and I am sending the logs in order to try to fix it . Hope it helps
