Good afternoon
I opened my Logos 7 and it tried to perform an update but gave the following error:
"The intallation of Logos Bible Software did not succeed."
How should I proceed.

    Hi Elias,

    I'm sorry you're having problems installing Logos. I'm going to send you a new file to run that will hopefully get you around this problem. More details will be in my email.
