I bought logos 4 scholar back in Dec. I still have not recieved my instructionalcd that FAQ say every base package gets, how do I get it?
thanks Will
Could you give me the URL for the FAQ to which you are referring? I'm drawing a complete blank.
Training articles and tutorial videos are available online. A Tutorial CD is included in all Logos Bible Software Base Collections. Morris Proctor, an independent professional trainer who conducts Camp Logos seminars, has made a training manual which can be purchased online or through the Logos sales reps at (800) 875-6467. No, I'm not Will, the original poster, [A] but this may be an answer. Hope it helps.

My CD came inside the same folder package that the Logos program came in. You could check the packaging again to make sure. If not, the exact same videos are available at http://www.logos.com/videos under "Featured Videos". (You can even download them from here)
If you don't have a good internet connection, I guess you should call customer service and ask them to send you one.

Yes, my disc also came in the same folder package that the Logos program came in. It could have been easy to overlook.
I believe the URL applies to Libronix (L3) not Logos 4. If I am correct this should be made clearer.
Here you go: http://www.logos.com/support/faq#manual
A: Logos 4 comes with help files within the software. The tutorial cd is included in all the base collections for L4. Similar to what was posted for version 3 with additional, updated information.

It's worth asking Logos when the cd will be produced and if it will automatically sent to all base package holders.
The link at http://www.logos.com/videos is for Logos4 videos. Shown below:
The CD that was shipped with my Logos4 upgrade shows the following videos on it:
For sure the CD came with my second Logos4 upgrade which I ordered on 11/29/2009. I cannot say for sure that I received one with my first Logos4 upgrade on 11/2/2009 but there was a slot for one, and I probably didn't put it back. I know that I had reviewed all the online tutorials once they were available online. I don't think the CD provided anything different from the MP videos that are available online.
In fact the video names are the same as the ones online under the "Feature Videos" section.
