Possible Bug: Citations Do Not Hyperlink

When copying a text into a note file, the citation no longer has a hyperlink, even though "Hyperlink Copied Citations" is on.

    When copying a text into a note file, the citation no longer has a hyperlink, even though "Hyperlink Copied Citations" is on.
