BUG - Downloading without Net access

I had new books to download. I clicked on the yellow bar to download them. Right about then, my WiFi cut out. I was a bit amused as the % went up--eventually to 100%. All the while, no WiFi (or other Net connection). After 100% was hit, it disappeared and... naturally, nothing had been downloaded.

You should be able to type "Update Now" in the Go box and it will scan for and download missing resources.
