Mobile Ed course code not working?
I have the "Essentials (No Library)" subscription and when trying to use the code to get my second free course of the year, it failed to go through. I noticed this a couple of days ago but got so caught up in all the Logos 8 update stuff that I forgot to query it. I've just noticed someone else on Facebook posting about the same issue - is this something that could be looked into?
I haven't contacted customer services yet, and I will do if I don't get a response in the next few days, but given that others appear to be effected and Faithlife guys are all over the forums at the moment I thought I might mention it here first.
I'm not in any mad rush or anything - Logos 8 has given me more than enough new material for it to be urgent at all.

It was the code i used and it said invalid

Looked into this for you, and it appears you've already used this code back in early July for the second half of 2018.

Okay perhaps I am a little confused, I was under the impression once a course runs it six months I would have access to another, is this incorrect?

That was the code, yes. I was trying to use it for GK101 without any luck, but I tried it again just now and it’s working fine now.

Hi Richard,
My apologies for any confusion. Faithlife Connect Essentials subscribers receive two Mobile Ed courses per year, where you can choose one course for the first half of the year, and a second course for the last half of the year. You'll maintain access to the course for six months from the date you redeemed your code.
