Great experience! I had a question a few weeks ago when 4.0c first came out; called tech support in the middle of the day and I expected to be on hold for a while. I had my question answered and was done in less than 5 minutes. My expectation was so wrong. I needed an answer rapidly and didn't have time to post it and wait for someone with a definitive answer on the forums to get to it and when? I had no control over. I'm glad I called. Kudos to tech support.
