Docs -> Public | Disappearing Documents

If I add a document from the Public tab and then delete it from the Yours tab, it does not reappear in the Public tab. During earlier testing, adding from FL Groups, I was able to add new docs, delete them, and then go back and add them again, all from the FL Groups interface. In the Logos interface, once a doc is added and deleted, it never comes back.

Also, minor, when I add from Public, the item added is not immediately removed, but when I switch to Yours tab and back it is gone. This feels unresponsive and doesn't give enough feedback that the item was transferred.
